2015
Cainergy was founded
Cainergy was founded in Dubai, UAE and incorporated as Cainergy International Limited in Abuja, Nigeria.
2016
Commencement of operations
Cainergy secures Oil and Gas brownfield Asset Integrity Management System Audit and Field Integrity Review in Nigeria for OML40.
2017
First Construction and Training projects executed
Venture into construction works as well as training services with the delivery of our first construction project in Nigeria.
2018
Cainergy Training Services
Cainergy Training Services and branch offices established in Lagos and Benin.
2019
Global Expansion
International operations commenced with global headquarters in Australia and branch office in Ghana
2020
Group Incorporation
Cainergy Group incorporated in Nigeria with five sister companies
2021
EPC Project Secured
First EPC project is undertaken by Cainergy with construction of pipelines

Marine Operations
Acquisition of first offshore support Vessel through one of the sister companies
