Our Training Approach
Our trainings are held in a highly interactive workshop format with case studies and on-site practical exercises. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of the topics. The training is designed and will be delivered using Adult Learning Methodology that believes the ideal ratio for optimum learning and retention is 60% : 40%; 60% – Blended combination of discussions and on-site practical exercises and 40% – Discussions, case study, Materials / slides.
Participants will engage in highly interactive exercises and practical sessions throughout the course to ensure the material is not only taught but can also be applied. Limited class size (up to 30 participants maximum) is strictly enforced to enhance individual learning experiences and interaction with the instructor and other participants.
