Cainergy Group was awarded the contract to construct a wellhead pipeline and connect a 6-sch.8 Sibiri to its Opuama bulkline for Elcrest Exploration Nigerian Limited and Nigerian Petroleum Development Limited joint venture partnership.
The joint venture further intends to develop its Opuama Field located in OML-40 by providing a new wellhead platform with topside piping, valves, spools, and 8 manifold headers and flowlines for its Sibiri-01 well. The new Sibiri field is located 7km away from Opuama flow station.
The contract includes the fabrication of one new wellhead platform; construction and installation of right of way; flush to clean; pig; and carrying out hydro testing, among other activities.
As part of our health and safety mandates, Cainergy intends to execute all projects and provide suitable and adequate firefighting equipment for its personnel and training to carry out the project safely and successfully.
