The SPDC outlet located at Shell Industrial Area, Rumuobiakani, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State awards the contract for the Zarama Okordia Road Rehabilitation Works to Cainergy International Limited – a division of Cainergy Group with scores of quality service delivery in; Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset integrity management on the 14th June 2022.
Both parties haven carefully defined the contract, agreed on Consideration, purchase orders, Notices and most importantly the effective date which is stated to start 4th July 2022 and will terminate on 31st December 2023.
The scope of the contract includes all WORK necessary for and incidental to Zarama Okordia Road Rehabilitation.
Some important principles mentioned in the contract includes; Business Integrity, Health, Safety, Security and Environment which are some of the policies upon which Cainergy is founded to create values.
