CAINERGY Training Services recently organized a comprehensive pre-retirement planning and business investment training program for employees of the Nigerian Mainstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). The bespoke training was designed for NMDPRA employees nearing retirement and the training modules were delivered via in-class and on-field sessions by a renowned facilitator Dr Uduak Akpoho.
Participants learnt how to prepare for life after retirement. With various post retirement career options, business options and financial/investment options, participants were guided into making the proper decisions to avoid any post-retirement trauma. Participants highlighted how the training had instilled a newfound sense of confidence and optimism about their lives after retirement. They commended the training delivery method and look forward to putting the learnings into action.
The collaboration of the NMDPRA and Cainergy Training Services highlights both businesses’ commitment to employee well-being, post-career decision making and ensured a seamless transition for the organization whilst prioritizing the well-being of the retiring staff.
